who is the subject of this unique portrait. The following questions are
intended to guide you in this process. Feel free to add any information that
might be helpful.
The information you provide here will be treated as confidential. It will
not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than personalizing a
miniature library by Ettore Sobrero at your request.

You may, if you wish, send personal photos to be included in your library.
Please do not send the only copy of a valued photo: a color or black-and-white
photocopy of good quality is adequate. In choosing a photo, bear in mind that it will
be substantially reduced and details will not show up well. A single portrait works
better than a group photo. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS AS IDENTIFICATION
with all photos. You may also include information about the photo, or suggestions that
