When you have chosen your favorite villa, along with a second and third
choice, fill out and submit the form below. We will check the availability
of your chosen villa and send you email confirming the price on your planned
vacation dates. Please note that each weekly rental period begins on a Saturday.
For some villas a two week minimum stay may apply; in such cases a surcharge of
15% will be added for stays of less than two weeks.
A deposit of 30% of the rental cost is required to secure your
reservation. (Full payment is due 8 weeks before the rental begins. If you
reserve less than 8 weeks in advance, the full payment is due immediately.)
The confirmation email that we send you will include a pointer to a
page on our website where you can make your deposit payment online on our
secure server. We will also send you the rental contract by email so that
you can review the terms and confirm your acceptance.
The information you provide here will be treated as confidential. It will
not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than arranging your stay
in Italy, at your request.

The price ranges for each villa show the very highest and lowest prices at
peak and low seasons, but there are actually four different seasonal rates.
You will receive the exact price for your selected dates by email, but the
