This
house takes its name from the small hamlet of Mommio Castello, situated
only 300 metres away. It is located high in the hills in the Versilian countryside,
in a beautiful and panoramic position, with views of the coast and the sea
from Viareggio to Bocca di Magra. The beaches on the Versilian coast are
less than 15 kms away. The spacious front terrace is furnished with seating,
and dining table and chairs, making it ideal for relaxing and eating outdoors
while enjoying the beautiful views. The sunsets from here are really stunning.
The interiors of the house are elegantly decorated and furnished, with the two sitting rooms featuring large 'trompe I'oeil' paintwork. To the front of the house, there is a terraced garden, where there is a big swimming pool, also in a wonderful position for enjoying the views. |
